Elise Phair

I earned my M.S. in Speech Pathology from Boston University. I have experience in both the school and private practice setting, and offer individual and dyad services to children who have a variety of speech and language disorders. I have experience with a range of diagnoses, including , but not limited to: Autism, PDD-NOS, Expressive Language Delays/Disorders, and Language Learning Disability.

I use a child-centered approach to treatment that incorporates Dr. Stanley Greenspan’s “Floortime” principles as needed. The Floortime Approach focuses on meeting a child at his/her level and builds on their strengths and abilities while interacting. It excites the child’s interest and challenges him to be creative, spontaneous, and curious while making connections with other people
